I had the honor of meeting a professional woman named Kassidy Hardgrove for coffee the other day. Kassidy is the founder of a company called Endure. The purpose of her company is to help people lead a more fulfilling life. She started this company through learning about personal branding on social media and she has been able to accomplish and change lives with her company.
People are drawn to Kass’s bubbly personality. When you are around her, you want to smile and live your best life. The idea behind Endure is to empower people to live the life that they want to live instead of a life that they have to live. Kassidy’s passion and energy is what she focuses on to become an emergent leader for her company. People (like myself) are drawn to her because she is working on creating a social movement.
Kass is using the participative strategy in her work because it is her whole business plan. How can people lead their best life and make these changes if they are not actively participating in it? She is not forcing or telling people what they are doing wrong in their lives. Instead, she is giving them constructive tips and insight on how to lead a fulfilled one. She is helping people close their integrity gaps because she is giving people coaching and tools to lead the life that they want to live.
